You will need to make payment via the Square request if you are not in the area for cash on pick up. You MUST check your email. Invoices will be e-mailed up until 8 pm Thursday AFTER THE AUCTION for in state bidders within 150 miles and up until 8 pm FRIDAY for out of state. Speed of invoicing will be based on the number of winning bidders for this auction. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON YOUR INVOICE for payment and pick up!!! IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN INVOICE BY NOON SATURDAY AFTER THE AUCTION, PLEASE CALL OR TEXT 402-469-3834 OR EMAIL jsiauctions@yahoo.com. Always check your spam folder before checking with us. If you are out of state and plan on picking up, please email a message right after the auction (when you know you have won an item) with your name and you will receive an invoice that DOES NOT include shipping and handling. You can also leave a message on sign up where it says: Message to the auctioneer.

Tax will be added at the rate of 7% unless you provide a completed tax exempt form (State of Nebraska ONLY) PRIOR to the auction or on pick up. Out of state buyers will not be charged sales tax (only if items are being shipped). Out of state buyers are responsible for following your own states laws regarding taxes. If picking up your items, you must bring a completed State of Nebraska resale form, otherwise 7% tax will be charged no matter where you are from.

WE DO OUR SHIPPING IN HOUSE!!
We try our best to save you money anywhere that we can on shipping. We charge only actual shipping and cost of actual supplies used to wrap your package. If you are needing to have your items shipped: AFTER receiving your invoice, please email (jsiauctions@yahoo.com) or text/call 402-519-3970. Your invoice will have information on shipping. There will be an additional $1.00 to $15.00 per box for bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tape, etc. There will also be a charge of $2.50 to $5.00 per box that I have to purchase to make your items fit in a box that I do not have available. Insurance is automatically added to any and all packages valued over $50.00 or FIRST CLASS PACKAGES valued over $15.00 at a cost of 50 cents per $100.00. You will be charged for signature confirmation for any package valued over $250.00 "required by the insurance company" (which will be added to the shipping charges). WE WILL NOT ALLOW OTHER CARRIERS TO PICK UP ITEMS THAT WE HAVE TO WRAP. YOU CAN HOWEVER, PAY ANOTHER CARRIER TO PICK UP AND WRAP AND SHIP FOR YOU (only after the items are paid for).
